Greenhouse rating. HENDRY assisted Leighton Properties from concept
design through to Development Application submission with Building Code of Australia consultancy
services and then Thiess as Head Contractor, throughout the 2 year
construction phase. By undertaking a general consultancy Building
Surveying role, HENDRY was able to provide unrestricted input as a
member of the consultancy team.

St Kilda Road Towers is one of Melbourne's prestigious business network precincts, comprising a 15 level commercial development, topped by 15 luxury penthouse apartments. The complex also houses six levels of basement car park providing approximately 700 parking bays. HENDRY were the consultant building surveyors on the project providing permits, professional and expert advice for a performance based building under the Building Code of Australia.
