The ANMM
Eastern Extension Project comprises an extension to the eastern
side of the existing building to provide a new café and servery, a
new public programs area, upgraded public toilets, a new terrace,
conversion of existing kitchen to offices and a new kiosk. HENDRY
Building Surveying Consultants were engaged to undertaking a Crown
Certification role and provide Building Code of Australia (BCA)
compliance and certification services in respect of the design and
construction phases for this project.

The Concourse, Chatswood NSW
The
Concourse development is a 4 storey building, incorporating a
Concert Hall with a seating capacity for approximately 1,000
people, a Theatre with a seating capacity for approximately 515
people, a Civic Hall with a capacity for approximately 530 people,
plus ground and lower ground floor retail, Library and two levels
of basement carparking. HENDRY were engaged to undertake a general
consultancy building surveying role for the consultancy team,
principally with regards to the requirements of the Building Code of Australia.
Curzon Hall, Marsfield Sydney NSW
Curzon Hall at Marsfield is a 3 storey function and
wedding reception, stone heritage building. HENDRY Building
Surveying Consultants assisted Tanner Architects by undertaking a
BCA assessment and reporting for the Development Application
submission to Ryde City Council for the proposed new 2 storey
carpark building with rooftop garden to the east of the existing
Curzon Hall to replace the existing open air carpark, and a 250
seat ballroom at ground floor level with carpark below to the north
of the existing Curzon Hall. HENDRY also assisted with
Entertainment Venue license requirements along with the technical
requirements under the NSW variations to the Building Code of Australia.
