HENDRY has over a prolonged period provided various building surveying services to local municipal councils. These services have included building certifications, statutory building inspections, expert advice on litigation matters, Building Code of Australia audits, essential safety measure inspections of council buildings, acted as interim building surveyor, acted as the municipal building surveyor, final occupation certificate sign offs, preparation of policy documents and attendance at various statutory tribunals and courts on behalf of a council.
